Homeschool Young Artists Workshop In-Person
This art workshop is designed for kids between the ages of 5 and 12, and is meant to compliment a homeschool curriculum. We'll learn about different art techniques through the lives and stories of artists throughout history and from around the world, from cave art made thousands of years ago to Renaissance Italy, to the Victorian age. This year, we're excited to offer kids the chance to display their favorite pieces at the library during the summer in our very own art show!
The Homeschool Young Artist Workshop meets on the first Wednesday of every month from 10:30am until 12 pm, from September through April.
Registration is required for this program. Registration opens Thursday, August 1st and closes Friday, August 30th. If you wish to register after the initial period, please contact the Youth Services Manager, Libby Daniel, directly at libby@mywcpl.org
