Join us on a journey to holistic well-being!
Engage in a variety of activities designed to nourish your social connections, enhance emotional resilience, boost physical vitality, enrich intellectual pursuits, and more. Our Wellness Challenge covers eight dimensions of wellness, ensuring a comprehensive approach to your well-being.
Here's what you can look forward to:
- 👥 Social Wellness: Participate in group events and community-building activities.
- 😊 Emotional Wellness: Attend workshops and sessions on stress management and emotional health.
- 💪 Physical Wellness: Join fitness classes, walking groups, and other physical activities.
- 🧠 Intellectual Wellness: Engage in book clubs, educational seminars, and intellectual games.
- 🎨 Creative Wellness: Explore your artistic side with crafting and creative expression workshops.
- 🌿 Environmental Wellness: Take part in eco-friendly initiatives and nature outings.

How it works:
- Wellness Cards: Collect a wellness card at the front Circulation Desk in the Children's Department.
- Prize Drawing: Submit your completed wellness cards as entries into our prize drawing, held at the end of the Fall Quarter.
