Adult Gentle Yoga In-Person

Adult Yoga is every Monday and Thursday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 am.  Join us as our yogini, Maris Sebastian guides us through bringing harmony between mind and body.

Maris charges $5 on Monday, and those who pay on Monday can attend the Thursday session for free.  Those that do not attend or pay on Monday are subject to $5 charge on Thursday.
